Mantra is defined as mananat trayate iti mantrah – the power, force or energy through which one is able to free the mind from its obsessive involvements. In daily life the mind and senses are constantly directed outwards and involved with the external world. The practice of mantra allows the mind to disconnect from its association with the senses and sense objects, so that peace, contentment and happiness can be experienced within and expressed in daily life.
This training is for those who wish to receive mantra diksha and also those who have received diksha and wish to deepen their understanding and sadhana.
